Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time in Settings with one click, no e-mail needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free. Nothing further is charged.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from a newly purchased subscription within 14 days of the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, write to info@jougroup.com from the e-mail address of your account, or use the form below. We confirm receipt and refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

Because the Service starts right after purchase, at checkout you expressly ask us to begin during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you pay only the proportional part of the price for the service you have already used (minutes processed relative to your plan's allowance, or days elapsed, whichever is higher), and we refund the rest. If you have used the full allowance, the service is fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as permitted by section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Minutes are charged only for items that completed successfully. If an item fails or is unsupported, nothing is deducted. If a completed summary is unusable because of an error on our side, write to us and we add the minutes back or refund the proportional amount.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. Business customers can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the paid period; payments already made are not refunded except where required by law or agreed in writing.
